Ich habe mir angewöhnt, mit gekipptem Fenster zu schlafen – einfach, weil ich die frische Luft mag und mich das besser schlafen lässt. Jetzt habe ich aber schon mehrfach gehört, dass genau das im Winter problematisch sein kann. Angeblich begünstigt dauerhaft gekippte Fenster Schimmelbildung, weil sich die Wände in Fensternähe auskühlen und dann Feuchtigkeit ansetzen kann.

In meinem Schlafzimmer steht das Bett an einer Außenwand, die manchmal leicht kühl wirkt. Ich heize den Raum im Winter nur moderat (ca. 18 °C) und frage mich, ob das in Kombination mit dem offenen Fenster womöglich das Risiko für Schimmel erhöht. Bisher ist mir nichts aufgefallen, aber ich möchte vorbeugen, bevor es zu spät ist.
