Die meisten von uns glauben, dass Frieden dadurch entsteht, dass man überhaupt keine Gedanken hat, aber Zen erinnert uns daran, dass Ruhe in dem winzigen Raum dazwischen zu finden ist. Diese kurze, oft unbemerkte Pause ist wie ein Tor zur Stille. Wenn wir auf diese Lücken und nicht auf den Lärm achten, entdecken wir, dass Stille immer vorhanden ist und still unter der Oberfläche des Geistes wartet.
