Unsere Gruppe ist ein Angebot für alle, die entschlossen den Weg der Stille und des Schweigens gehen wollen, der in den trans­personalen Raum führt. Alle, die in die gegen­stands­freie Meditation eingeübt sind, können – unabhängig von ihrer Konfessions- und Religions­zugehörigkeit – daran teilnehmen.

Wir sitzen montags 3 Runden Zazen, unterbrochen von einer Gehmeditation (Kinhin). Interessierte und Anfänger sind gerne willkommen.
